FNB Home Insurance

My experience is shocking. We bought a house through FNB and took out home insurance through FNB. We are in our house 1 year. Just keep in mind they did an valuation and assessment before they approved the house. We all think we can be rest assured we got home insurance should anything happen. Gues what!!!. When you have a claim in your 1st year they simply tell you sorry we reject your claim. You did not maintain the roof outside and its leaking water and you need to fix it at your own cost. Few months later my geaser fell through the ceiling beacuse the support under the geaser broke. After four days without a geyser they informed me they will not pay because I did not climb into the celing to see the roof trusses are old. I need to maintain the roof trusses. They areba bunch of *******. They take your money every mont from your bank account and when we need them in time of need they simply tell you "**** you"
