FNB Home insurance and its Contractors

We recently claimed with FNB home insurance for a burst geyser and we were assisted by Welheminah Mokoka with claim number (FNBR470302).

The appointed contractor came out to assess and concluded that the geyser needs to be replaced. The contractor then cut open then ceiling to remove the geyser in the roof and replaced the the geyser successfully. The ceiling that was cut open was then patched back and we were told that we will not see that it was patched, on completion of the repairs the ceiling was then painted with an incorrect colour. The contractor came back to fix their shoddy work and made things even worse. The ceiling is visible that it has been patched and the paint work has streaks of the brush and colour mismatch. We have reported this matter with Welheminah however we have not received feedback.
