FNB HOME INSURANCE

I phoned FNB insurance for a household Emergency on a Sunday They sent our plumbers came out for (15 minutes)and said they did not have spares and left the premises, The next day they phone me with a quote of 1500 for a part that i bought at Leroy and Merlin for 290 .The plumbers then came to fit part at a cost of 500 to me for a call out fee. Can FNB explain how they helped me 1- Sent our plumbers who could not help in an emergency 2- Quote 5 times the price for a part 3- Charge me to come out to fit part when they did not help in the first place.

I am now going to change my insurance.
