FNB Home Insurance

I had a burst water pipe in my home that needed to get fixed, once they were done with the repair FNB home insurance has not paid for the repair work to close the hole in the wall. I now have a gapping hole in my bathroom wall for the past two months. I have been following up with Maureen Matlalepoo for the past month and a half, she does not return calls or respond to emails. When I call in, they tell me that I need to speak to her and they will transfer my call to her and nothing has happened to date. I am literally moving my insurance to another provider, this has been such a horrible experience!!!!!!!!!
