FNB home insurance - Thanks for sending a plumber with no equipment after i logged an emergence home assistance for a blocked toilet . The plumber arrived in an Uber and left with the problem still persisting. When i phoned FNB they said they will investigate - A week later still waiting . Thanks for the awesome service - NOT
