FNB Home Finance is Terrible!

I am utterly disappointed with FNB Home Finance. After they contact me, provide me with special offers, and indicating how easy it is to switch my home loan, their service was nothing but disappointing.

I did all the administration, arranged for evaluation, paid fees out of my own pocket, was granted approval, and the matter was even handed over to the attorneys for transfer. Thereafter they thumb-sucked an easy excuse for the application being terminated, after eight months of back and forward.

Suddenly because of their mistakes and delays, they provided an unacceptable excuse why the application was suddenly terminated. I hope that FNB address the issues, and track the application with all communication to see how disappointing their Home Finance department actually is.

FNB Home Loans is highly unrecommended, and I will definitely take this up with the Ombudsman. Very disappointed.
