When I joined the insurance the consultant didn’t explain to be the terms and conditions,she didn’t even explain to me if I have jewellery I need to specify them .when I asked her what doesn’t the insurance cover she told me everything.but when it was time for me to do my claim part of my claim wasn’t paid off cause I didn’t specify that I have jewellery which I didn’t know nothing about it .They even went to listen to the recording of the sells consultant and they heard that she didn’t say anything to me that if I have jewellery I neee to specify it .
