FNB Home assessment

I recently bought a home through FNB finance. I have send an email to ***. i have received no call which is more than a month a sent the email. i received a blank email as a response and when i responded, there is no reply. I ended up calling FNB explaining the situation to which the manager advised she will send an email to the back office team to call me and that still has not come to pass and another 2 weeks has passed.

I am enquiring regarding the assessor who assessed my property. i have done a visual report by an engineer who sees structural damages to the foundation due to a lack of a storm water control system from the seller. I want to find out if this is not the assessors job to look at these things or what does he assess.
