FNB Home affairs The Grove

I app**** for a passport for my daughter in June 2021 through the DHA at the Grove FNB.

It has since been 10months and no one can give me answers on where the process is. I cannot re apply while it is in the system. When going into a home affairs branch to enquire I get sent to the Grove branch and when enquiring at the FNB branch I get told to enquire with DHA as it is "stuck" in the system. No one is taking any ownership or accountability to assist.

The service and follow ups are appalling. No one can assist, I would not recommend FNB home affairs branches at all! This would have been a lot faster in a DHA branch as someone would be able to follow up and not through the bank.
