FNB HOME AFFAIRS TERRIBLE SERVICE

I have been trying to get an appointment to do biometrics at FNB merchant place since September 2021. On 25 October 2021 I eventually got an appointment at The Glen for 29 November 2021... 1 WHOLE MONTH later. This service is pathetic to say the least. I wonder how long will they take to process the passport till its ready for collection.
