FNB + Home Affairs = Nyaka Nyaka

So I did an online booking via the Home affairs e-Services for my smart card to be processed at FNB Cornubia Mall on the 23rd July 2021.

I took some time off to go there and boom the mall was closed due to the recent looting (understandable, however in the back of my mind I am thinking "warning-nyana of the branch closure from FNB or Home Affairs (as if they would ever)?"

on the 27th July I have e called the FNB call Centre to find out if the branch is operating and if I will able to do my ID without having to go through the tedious home affairs online booking again and guess what?? ALL the AGENTS DO NOT KNOW if the branch is open, abazi bonke abantu beNkosi!!

What must happen now?
