As an fnb client, I made a home affairs booking at the Lynnwood FNB branch and made payment, however now I arrive for my 14:00 appointment and made to queue. What’s the point of this option if it’s not convenient for me as a customer? I drove all the way from Johannesburg South to Pretoria but it’s as good as going to the Home Affairs branch and queuing until it’s your turn to get assistance.
