FNB home affairs bookings does not work !

I'm trying to assist my mother to get her passport booking and it is a nightmare. There is just never any slots available. I tried now weekends, late nights , early mornings and still nothing. She went into your Centurion branch for assistance and was rudely told to just keep on trying. Till when ??? Tried to ask for a refund to go to ABSA that have plenty of open time slots but that is also not possible. Tried your call centre but also no success. So now I paid money for the booking, can't get a refund , can't get a booking and is running out of time !!
