FNB Home Affairs booking system still faulty......

It appears that the FNB Home Affairs booking process is still unresolved. Similar to others' negative reviews, I have also been trying to making an appointment for a passport booking and cannot find any available slots, regardless of which branch I try in Gauteng or KZN. People have been complaining about this since 2018! But also as recently as a few months ago - I wish I had read these reviews before I paid as I could have chosen a different bank. I assumed that FNB would have it sorted and clearly they don't. It would be good to get a response as to what a person is supposed to do to get a booking.
