Fnb home affairs

How do we ever get a booking for home affairs whenever we go online whether its midnight or early in the morning.. Sometimes home affairs does not send out an otp i have been trying for weeks at all fnb home affairs in gauteng and not one has an available time slot. Im beginning to wonder why i have been such a loyal customer to fnb.... Other banks like absa and standard bank always have time slots.... But since we bank with fnd we are only allowed to make an appointment at fnb... But there are never any time slots available...
