FNB - home affairs

Home Affairs I was very impressed when they phoned me after lock down to reschedule an appointment. Even phoned me early in the morning to confirm the time. Just to get there and I still had to wait in the line of 5 people in-front of me... so all my meetings for the rest of the day was behind.

If I knew it was a first come first serve I would have come a different time and then go before the people that booked appointments. Very inconvenient
