Fnb holding speedpoint funds for days for no reason

I made transaction on a fnb speedpoint on the 18/05/2026 I called fnb on the 19th asking what's happening with the funds they told me that I didn't bank the machine I banked it again the funds never came through till today I have been calling everyday and they tell me it been excalated every day on the 25th the told me they paid the money manually but still I haven't received my funds this is really annoying and frustrating please help
