FNB holding my mothers money ransom

FNB are holding my mom's money ransom. She recently had an accident, resulting in her forgetting her online passwords and her card pin number. Due to her accident, she is bedridden and cannot go to a branch. So now she is unable to access her money. Please help? @CelliersJ1
