FNB holding my money hostage

My SARS refund is being kept hostage by FNB. On 08:38 on 07/09 they informed they need to confirm that the transaction is not *****ulent. I supp**** verification from SARS at 10/09 on 08/09. It is 11:04 on 09/09 and my funds are still on hold. My dog is in the ICU and I need my funds. Come on FNB.
