FNB holding my money hostage

Terrible service from FNB business, they froze my business account because I was suppose to send FICA documents, that time I never got a warning that I needed to submit any FICA documents. When I submitted my documents, they told me to wait 3 more days. That time I have suppliers I have to pay.. Not acceptable at all. The guy Thabo Phala from business section was so rude, refused to assist and just told me to wait..
