Fnb holding my money hostage

Fnb without notice deactivated my home loan flexi account. I was vaguely told what documentation to privide to fix this. After 2 days waiting i was told its the woring info. And again requested to send more documentation. Which I did. I was then again told its wrong, although it was exactly the document I was asked for. On Friday, I sent what I hope to be the correct documents and were told its being escalated. Today i called for feedback to be told the service request was only opened this morning. Its now been more than a week since i noticed my flexi account has been deactivated. Fnb is holding me hostage, ensuring I will not be able to pay my bills as the funds required are locked up in my flexi account
