Fnb holding my funds with no proper reason behind

The was some ***** activity suspected from the person who sent me money then standard bank instructed fnb to hold the funds from my account ,but standard bank confirmed it was just a mistake and sent instruction to fnb to release the funds.

The guy by the name of Sithembiso Mahlambi (***** consultant)from FNB has been holding the funds with a rationale of standard bank hasn't given him instruction to release the funds. But standard bank confirmed with me that the instruction from standard bank has been sent to FNB to release the funds and the email was sent also he was CC

Its been over a week now since the funds has been on hold when I call Sithembiso he doesn't answer the phone nor respond to the email .level of unprofessionalism it's beyond measure
