FNB HOLDING INHERITANCE

I’m extremely disappointed with the way FNB is handling an inheritance payout due to me after my mother’s passing. This is a sensitive matter, yet the experience has been incredibly frustrating.

The payout has been delayed with no clear explanation, and every time I email to ask for an update, I receive automated responses that completely ignore my actual queries. There is no meaningful communication, no timeline, and no accountability.

Holding someone’s inheritance while sending generic automated replies is unacceptable. At the very least, clients deserve a clear explanation and proper responses from a human being.

I expected far better service and professionalism from FNB. This needs urgent attention.
