Fnb Hold on my money

I finished working at the end of April. So I was waiting for the money from the work to be paid out that was said I will receive within a week. Up and down from the work to Fnb bank blaming each other for not releasing my money. On the 7 July 2021 I received half of the money the worked paid out. After going to headquarters in Port Elizabeth.Where they told me that Ill receive the other half the next week. They keep saying the money is hanging there but cant get into the account Well its the 16 of august and still no money. Now my profidant fund was also paid out into that account. Signed a released form on the 11 August and still nothing. At the Atm it shows its there but when I try to draw it says insufficant balance. When I do enquiries at the Uitenhage branche all I get is that Im in a hurry and must be pasient cause its not pocked money. Or they keep saying it will be in by tomorrow monrning 12 o clock. This has been going on since May 2021. Im a new client at Fnb and now I have to struggle to get my money.Can someone please explain how the bank can deside when they would like to give you your money that you worked hard for cause this is the first time that something like this is happing to me.
