FNB HOLD ON ACCOUNT NIGHTMARE!!!

FNB *********!!! decided to place a hold on my account & I've been fighting tirelessly since without luck!

FNB GOLD CHEQUE ACCOUNT NUMBER ********** 5097 !!!!

I received an eft of R28 000 from a client into my fnb gold cheque account as payment for a website design & host, however it turns out the account from which the client has paid me from was involved in some ********** activities.

Fine, they mysteriously make a reversal of R10 000 & leave R18 000 in my account. I've since tried to get that hold lifted without luck, I've tried calling being passed around consultants on the phone for hours without help!!! I've emailed the ***** focus department several times without receiving any correspondence from them!!

I've submitted all the documents necessary including an affidavit which they said I must make. But nothing seems to change!!

They haven't even given me an indication on whether they plan on lifting that hold or not!! BUT every month they deduct a monthly fee from that same account without fail!!! It doesn't make sense how they can take that money but I cannot.

& since I bank with them on Private, they assigned me a private banker Joshua Mashaba, who also does not respond to any of my emails or calls!!! Pathetic

I need to know whether they are not going to unblock my account so I can close all my accounts with them & take my money where I'm not taken for ride!!!!!
