Fnb Hold 26 and dormant account

Im so dissapointed with the FNB service. Last year in April was account was blocked and they requested the updated visa, visa verification letter, proof of address and passport.

We did send it however im not getting any assistance.

My funds are on hold for over a year now and my visa is about to expire. I need funds to get back home. Im in trouble i can not even feed my self now

FNB you can do better.
