The FNB home-loans consultants have taken poor service to the lowest levels ever. A very 'efficient' system they have is to provide updates only on receipt of follow-up enquiry. Only then do they tell you there is additional info they require from you. Worst still, they will send you documents that relate to another client, not once but twice, even as you alert them to the error.
