FNB H/Loans collection + Raylene Adams

I saw a review by a lady called Lucy to FNB Home Loans, dated - 24th September, and I could relate with her.

I just received a court summon dated from last week 8th October 2024, to from FNB. Meaning it's already 7 days late. I am shocked by this turn of events because I already have a payment arrangement in which a collections advisor - Raylene Adams, put together for me. The first payment was due in September 10th and I have honored that payment(I was able to pay on the 11th of September) I even sent proof to this lady, in which she acknowledged. Fast forward October, I also made payment and informed her. When I got the court summon, I emailed her and asked her why I was sent one. She rep**** and said that they are still waiting for the first payment arrangements. I was shocked because my loan statement reflects the first payment I made and I even paid over the arrangement monthly payment I was asked to pay. And she was sent an e-mail with proof. I've sent her the proof of payment and account statement again, reflecting the payment. She is yet to respond.

I am so appaled by this sort of inconsiderate treatment. As a customer I have always shown good faith and ensured to make payments as agreed. So to have this happen makes me so sick. No one should be this callous.

This is the same lady that Lucy complained about on this platform on the 24th of September. I really wish she can learn a sense of empathy and good customer treatment. Especially towards those who have shown a sign of good faith and commitment to the arrangements.
