FNB HILLCREST is not for black people in business, atleast that's what they agents think

It's with great dissatisfaction that I was not effectively assisted at your Hillcrest branch as your staff is full of arrogance and lack of customer respect. I was made to sit in a queue without a ticket. When I got to the consultant she did not assist me instead she wanted documents that are not prescribed as required when opening abusiness account. I would like clarity as to who gets serviced am if it's all based on our skin colour as I had all the documents but your consultants are to arrogant to even listen.
