FNB hijacked my money for almost 2 months

My entire FNB Aspire account with R125 000 in it has been placed on hold and I have been blocked from making any transactions for almost 2 months now. It has been more than a month since I supp**** receipts to FNB regarding a business transaction I received.

I was not notified when they placed my account on hold and was almost stuck in another city without a means to pay for petrol to get home.

Since supplying the requested receipts a month ago I have received no feedback or progress at all. The value of the flagged transaction received was only 10k yet FNB has placed my entire account on hold with 125k in it.

I receive over 300 business related payments a month on my ABSA account and they are able to handle any disputed transactions within a few days after supplying them with the relevant recipients.

FNB has an extremely slow ***** department who seem to be incapable of identifying regular business transactions.
