FNB HIGH CHARGES ARE INSANE

Last month an amount of R500 was paid back into my account by FNB,Thank you for that.After I had complained about the nagetive balance my account amounted to.But to my surprise the same thing is happening this month an I am sick of FNB they called me an said my Funeral cover has lapsed wich I reinstated yesterday but how is such a larger amount of money taken from a person an still doesn't cover a missed payment an also if a debit odder doesn't go off why do they continually try to debit everyday until your next pay date.I mean this is more of throwing your customers into debt.It is ridiculous hence a friend said they moved their business account to another bank because FNB charges don't make sense,my wife has not been working for months an has debit odder that bounce but the never ever amount to such a stupid charge.I advice anyone that is with FNB to run while they still can I love that bank but I have made a decision to this time take time to go and find a bank that works in my favor
