FNB high banking charges and fees

I made a deposit into an incorrect account, called the private banker suite only to find out that they charge R326 for a reversal and the deposit that I made was R300....how ridiculous is that. On top of that, the bank charges are already so much and too charge so much for this reversal...very disappointed with this....I didn't even do it with immediate clearance....this is absolute ******* from charges, right down to the charges for a reversal....
