FNB hiding fee charges.

Last month I had endless hassles with FNB with regards to Administrator reinstatement for a business account (I published a report on hellopeter, about this issue). After MUCH hassle and aggravation (and about a week and a half of inefficient service on FNBs behalf!!!) it was eventually rectified.

I advised FNB that they must NOT charge us the R247 fee for reinstatement of the Administrator, as the need for reinstatement was caused through NO FAULT of our own...but by FNB. I even put this in writing on the form I filled out for FNB.

Our bank fees on our business account this month were alot higher than normal. I queried it. I discovered that FNB had hidden the R247 cost in our fees...a distinct lack of honesty, integrity and transparency on FNBs behalf.

I will not accept this and I want this fee reversing. This entire episode has been a reflection of poor and shoddy service from beginning to end.

NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED WITH FNB. I hope Capitec come up with business banking soon...they can teach all the 'Big 4' banks ALOT about customewr service.

And still no feedback/finalisation from FNB after being told I would receive a phone call on Monday (19th August). Lousy service, indeed.

....and still no feedback from FNB. Why why why must we put up with below standard service from people who are dealing with OUR money?
