FNB hides behind app to prevent addressing customer issues

I don't understand. I pay the bank to use their services to manage my money. When I have a problem there is nobody to talk to, they hide behind their pathetic APP and make it as difficult as possibel to get a problem resolved. Should it actually be that someone is actively comitting ***** and *****ing your money, FNB will be sure to make it impossible for you to address the issue by making it as frustrating as possible and offer zero help whatsoever. just keep paying those hidden costs they love slipping into your account every month right? Wrong. I'm taking 20 something years of business somewhere else, I'm done with you bunch of useless ******
