FNB hidden terms with pre approved offer
FNB Connect hidden terms and conditions to get away from letting people be able to use the free allocation, They pre approve you for another device with a data contract, which I took up. Now they say that their terms and conditions are such that the free allocation goes to the number with the highest monetary usage, even if it does not make sense, because it is a router only device, the system allocates it like that and cant be changed. It will be done like that. There is no intention of trying to correct the matter and even when trying to talk to them, they keep passing you around and final phone call said one must just accept it. So warning to other loyal customers of FNB, don't take up pre approved offers with data on them, unless you are going to use that as your main device.
The pathetic phone call from an agent confirming exactly what I said was a waste of time. Why do you phone me to confirm exactly what I said? Trying to intimidate me to change the warning to other people will not work! I find it insulting that I am 100% banked with FNB and they treat you like they can intimidate you. You want me to upgrade my account, but you treat me like this.
If the terms and conditions were like that and is so well known, why did your staff waste my time with the chats from one to the other the whole time?
Don't even try to call me again without a resolution to my matter, as I will start using the type of language associated with the type of person you take me for.
