FNB HERM**** - NOT GOOD ENOUGH BY FAR.

FNB HERM**** - The Manager was away today and I had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes to be attended to. And then was attended to by someone who couldn't or wouldn't help. Many people left while I was waiting. There was even clapping when someone's number was called. It was that bad.
