FNB HELPLINE NO HELP AT ALL
I noted unauthorised amounts going off my credit card. I have tried for 2 hours to talk to someone at FNB helpline - I have been cut off, authenticated multiple times, typed my ID in over and over just to be cut off after each time. HOW CAN I HELP YOU? FNB's favourite slogan. Just by answering your helpline would be a great start. So now it is Saturday and I can do nothing about the money going off my credit card.
