Fnb helping to mess everything up

<p>We always hear how easy it is to open an account with fnb, how they will change all your debit orders etc, decided to "switch banks" now im sitting in such a mess i wish i had just stayed with the bank i was at..... no debit orders were change!!!!all of them are now bouncing...they have used my savings acc instead of my cheque acc for certain stuff...things not going off..told it will be sorted out... and still nothing!!!!!! How is this affecting my credit profile... your staff clearly need propper training to do their job.... i am ****ed off and want to know how FNB is going to sort this out!!!!!!! </p>
