FNB HELPING NO ONE!!!

After weeks of trying to sort out FNB's mess this is the response .. pathetic!!!!!!

Now they debit my account with monthly fees while I am unable to withdraw my money because of their incompetence.

THIS IS THE RESPONSE FROM FNB - WOW

We hereby acknowledge your complaint ***

Kindly note the service failure with regards to the email being escalated to the Business Manager when your email returned undelivered was not actioned by the Business Manager because she was out of office for the said month and the email was not escalated to the Business manager who was assisting in her absentia.

Escalation has been sent to the relevant department for control measures that have been implemented to prevent re-occurrence in future for service breakdown.
