FNB HELP YOURSELF BEFORE ASKING HOW YOU CAN HELP ME

<p>I went to a branch to get assistance on removing a minor's account from my profile as the child was eligible to have his own account, I was told that there was a system issue with linking the account to the child's Id number and this would be resolved by day end and I'd get confirmation that the account is fixed, this was on the Friday 12th August 2016 and today it's the 23rd August 2016 and the account is still not fixed. I followed up and was told it would take 3 working days to fix and it's now way more than that now. On top of your bad systems, your consultants fail to provide feedback on the status of my case as promised, I'm not sure if he's expecting me to guess whether the account is ready to transact. This is really a disruption because now I can't pay school fees for the child as a result of this. You really are a sorry excuse for a bank that's always willing to help. This is not the first time I have had issues with your bank, for the high fees you charge you sure as hell have got a nerve to provide this ****ty service.</p>
