FNB HELP WITH ON LINE CELL PHONE BANKING REALLY BAD

Despite numerous attempts to resolve this and hours spent at the branch. There are 3 signatories on the account and only one of us can access to authorise whilst it requires 2 signatures. We have spent hours at the George Branch western cape and whilst they try to help no one at the branch can help with on line banking and Cell phone banking.
