FNB help platforms useless

Do not expect to get any help on line from FNB. I have asked for URGENT help on all the FNB help platforms, as I could not use my cards or do any online buying. Got case numbers and promises to sort my problems out, but eventually I had to drive to 40km to my nearest branch and had to wait 2.5hours in lines before I was helped. FNB not taking responsibilty for things that happened on both my cheque and credit card without my knowledge. Thank goodness I did not lose money, but my good credit record has been negatively influenced, because of cards blocked or made inactive as well as transactions that I did not ask for. No explanation from FNB on why this happened.
