FNB Hellbent on ruining my life.

On the 25 February 2015 I took a micro loan of R8 848.00. FNBs requirement for the loan was that full payment of the total sum will be deducted whenever there is money coming into my account. As such when my salary came the full amount of R8 848 was deducted and the accound settled. However on February 2017 I recieved a credit report from Experian stating that the account I settled 2 yeras earlier (24 months) is still listed as current/open. It is to be note that the information regarding your account with a credit provider remains on your profile for up to 24 months from the date of payment. So instead of the information being removed from my profile (as February 2017 was the 24th month) I was informed that the account is still open. Not only that there was also R125 that was listed as an amount I owe FNB on an account that I settled in January 2017. On the 15 February 2017 I sent an email to Marcel Ferguson to ask about this matter as I had been informed via email on the 7 February 2017 that the account was refered for closure, the response I got was a request to allow until end of February 2017 for ITC to update their information as they do so once a month and I was also told to call these numbers ********** 854/ ********** 612.

On the 16 March 2017 I recieved another report from Experian and the information had not been updated both accounts were still open/current! My profile was still reflecting that I owe FNB R8 848 and R125. And everytime I call Experian to ask about this they say it's the credit provider that isn't updating my information and until they (FNB) sends a request to amend my profile it will remain the same. Eperian says that it takes them a minimum of 3 (three) working days to amend information when they recieve the instruction directly from the credit provider.

Why is FNB so unwilling to assit me with this I am sooooo exhausted of having to come to this site to complain before anything can be done. What exactly is it that I have to do for FNB to update this information. The number of thretening emails I recieved from FNB when I was unable to pay not to mention the endless incessat phone calls. Why is it sooooo difficult to update this information with Eperian. Even WESBANK is doing the exact same thing that FNB is doing! They have me listed for an account I settled in January 2017!
