FNB hellbent on playing games with my credit record

This bank is adamant on messing with people’s credit records. After fighting to get my credit card to be updated correctly, I’ve now found something else that’s being reported incorrectly. Why do you play with peoples lives like this? Is it arrogance or just sheer incompetence? Why are you guys not updating payment information for credit agreements with you????

All I got the last time was an apology, and an update that was supposed to be done without my intervention anyway. I literally just got you to do your jobs. No other remediation whatsoever. What about my score that you’re messing with. You guys really have no concern for your clients.
