FNB hebron branch sucks
I was at hebron branch on 8th November, the staff don't care about clients we waited for 1 and half hour to be help and we got help right the gave us a phone to call call center. They are so rude, unprofessional and ********. I wonder why did they bother to bring a branch there we are better off without it there. We might be in a poor area but you can't treat us like invalids. Even today my problem hasn't resolved due to *********** people

15 Nov 2024, 11:16It's funny how someone from hebron FNB BRANCH calls and make excuses for what she and her team did. They called and all I heard was there's only 2 people who works there and il will check the cctv and get back but I don't think they can do that, how can someone from head office cover up her team. If I was possible the branch would be closed because they treat people bad and after cover for each. I so regret having an account with the bank but I won't let it slide I will push it to the top and relevant people will know about this
