FNB HEALTH CASH PLAN NOT DOING RIGHT BY ME

I am complaining about the FNB Health Cash Plan. I was hospitalized for almost a year and they are not fulfiling their promise of paying me for the premiums i paid. I have been sent from pillar to post. If its not missing documents its no feedback.i call daily with my airtime.its over 3 months after the claim and i have not received clarity on the matter
