FNB Health cash plan is a ****

I took an health cash plan with FNB march this year and i got admitted on the 27 August and got discharged on 31st. I submitted my claim on 05th of September since i submitted everything i haven't had anything from them and when ever i call i am always asked to give it 2days and when i ask to speak to manager they say it's not possible This insurance is a **** when they have to pay it's a problem
