FNB Health Cash Plan are realy terrable. They take 2 weeks to get back with a reply and it was nothing about my Question. I wanted to know how their critical illness work on their policy and they rep**** to me the follwoing. " you can submit a claim if you have been admitted at the hospital for 48hours or more"

Dont they care about their clients or what, i dont need a machine reply.
