Fnb Health Cash Plan

In March I was admitted in hospital for 4 days and after wards I made a claim with Fnb Health Cash Plan and is my first time to claim. They have been asking for highly confidential information and documents about me in one by one for the past two months and they say now my files or case has been closed with no pay. I see a bunch of ****** in this department of fnb because surely I'm not the first victim here. So highly disappointed in the manner they handled my case
