Fnb Health Cash Plan

Hi,I'm having a problem with Fnb Health Cash Plan. My debit day is on the 29th of every month on December they debit early before 29 and transaction never went through because there was no money . I phoned them to make arrangement to double the premium on January,when I check on the app says policy has lapsed ,again I made a call of how come the policy have lapse with 1 missed payment, they said system error they will reactivate I must wait 48hrs will rcv sms .48hrs has passed I phone again they keep saying system error. plz help I don't understand
